Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however should you wish to return anything bought from us, you can return the item/s provided it is in a fully resaleable condition.

Personalised Clothing Returns

Personalised clothing or any other item which we offer or embroidered or printed items may not be returned unless the product is faulty, or we have made an error.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM BEFORE CONTACTING US.

How Long Do I Have To Return An Item?

You have the right to cancel your order 14 days after receipt of your goods. If you wish to do this and return your items to us, you must contact us with 14 calendar days of your delivery date. Email us and include your name, address, order number and the reason for the return. We will give you an authorisation number to put on the outside of your parcel.

You then have 14 calendar days from the date of your cancellation email to send the goods back to us.

ITEMS RETURNED AFTER THESE TIME SCALES MAY NOT BE AUTHORISED AND MAY BE SENT BACK TO YOU. ACCEPTED RETURNS AFTER THESE TIME SCALES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND ON POSTAGE.

What You Need To Include With Your Return

When you pack your parcel, please include the following information:

  • The name the order was placed under
  • Your full address
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Your returns authorisation number
  • Please write your returns number on the outside of the parcel.

To make this easier, please feel free to just include a copy of your invoice, with a note written on explaining the reason for the return.

Packing Your Parcel

Before you pack your parcel, please make sure all the items have all the tags still attached and are in their original packaging.

Pack the items with plenty of protective packaging. It is your duty to take all reasonable care of any items to be returned, including their packaging, up until the time we receive them back from you. Any damage will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money you have paid.

Items that are not in original packaging, have the tags on, are dirty, have animal hair on, will not be refunded or only receive a 50% refund. You will need to provide us with postage costs to send them back to you. All returned items will be inspected and judges on an individual basis.

Please do not stick tape or postage labels directly to the product or to the original product packaging (For example, footwear boxes, clothing packaging etc). This will be classed as the item arriving damaged and only a partial refund of 80% will be given.

Sending Your Parcel

From the day you contact us to say you would like to return an item/s you have 14 days for the parcel to be returned to us.

We can not accept any responsibility for parcels that do not arrive back with us, so we recommend using a tracked service. This way if the parcel does not arrive with us, you can contact the couriers to see if they can locate it. If they can not they will be able to help you claim for the loss.

ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS ARE COVERED BY THE BUYER.

Getting Your Refund

As soon as your parcel arrives back with us, we have 14 days to process your refund. However we will often contact you the same day it arrives and process the refund straight away.

Refunds can not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. So if your item is returned to us on Saturday for example, it will most likely be processed on the Monday.

The return postage must be paid by you the buyer, however you will be refunded your initial postage amount. However, if you chose to have a special delivery to get your item more quickly, or wanted a specific courier, you will only be refunded the standard amount without the enhanced service. For example, if you choose a courier option that cost £9.99, but you could have had the items sent for the £3.99, you will be refunded £3.99. The extra service given has to be covered by you.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RETURNS WILL BE INSPECTED TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE IN SALABLE CONDITION WITH ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. PRODUCTS NOT DEEMED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION MAY NOT BE REFUNDED, OR ONLY RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND. THIS WILL BE JUDGED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size/colour etc, please follow the same steps laid out above. In the order information you send back in your parcel, please include the information about what you would like to exchange the good for.

The postage costs of sending the goods back to us is covered by you. You have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us about the return and exchange, then 14 days from the date you let us know to send the item back to us.

The items must be sent in ‘salable’ condition with all the tags and packaging. Do not use the products packaging as the outer packaging as this will be classed as a damaged product and will not be accepted.

ON RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEM, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO TAKE PAYMENT FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE ITEM YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE FOR. ALTERNATIVELY, PLEASE RETURN YOUR ITEM FOR A REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE.
