An ideal choice for any flat green rink position – whether that be indoor or outdoor lawn bowls play, the Ace from Taylor is a firm favourite with many professional players. You’ll find the bowl to have a slightly winder drawing arc then that of the Taylor Vector with no hook at the finish. This makes the Ace a rather forgiving bowl and is popular with new flat green players aswell as seasoned players.
Suitable for any position from lead right through to skip, the Taylor Ace is a strong all-round bowl that offers reliable play regardless of the situation.
Featuring Progrip as standard this black is available in a wide range of decorative emblems and coloured ring options. These are somewhat currently dependent on the size of bowl you opt for. Due to the almost infinite combinations of ring colour and emblem choice/colour it just isn’t possible to stock the entire number of permutations available. So the options we do have available are very much dependent on bowls size.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Progrip mean?
The Progrip grip option is available as standard with the Ace mode and is one of Taylor Bowls’s most recognised grips. The benefit comes from the bowls unique deep dimple circular grip which offers the bowler improved bowl control and handling when playing in wet conditions.
